According to Mexican regulations concerning the legal stay and use of pleasure vessels in Mexico, all boats must have a Temporary Importation Permit( Permiso de Importación Temporal) issued by Banjercito. This permit could be valid up to 10 years.
Document neeed to clear into Mexico are:
Copy of your arriving crew list (arribo) duty stamped by the Port and Immigration authorities.
Copy of owners passport or birth certificate, tourist permit (provided by immigration) & driver´s licence.
Copy of the ownership certificate with valid stamps, the original is returned immediately.

From February to April you can see one of the largest mammal migrations even within the bay. The gray whales on their way to warmer waters and to give birth in Southern Baja California, pass through the nutrient-rich waters of Bahia de Todos Santos (Ensenada). It is truly an outstanding sight.
